Fungus is Among Us!

Fungus is Among Us is a charming book about encountering fungi wherever you go. From mushrooms, to molds, to yeast, and more, you can’t get away from it, and you shouldn’t want to. It is written in rhyming verse which makes it fun for kids, and it also includes additional information about fungi on each page. It has colorful illustrations and I want to give a nod to the inclusion of a main character with brown skin. I had such a fun time reading this book and am happy to add a book to my bookshelf that makes science topics enjoyable.
